Why this practice exists
Loan books grow quietly until exceptions compound. Dev Cache Grid was formed in Bangkok to give credit and audit sponsors an independent pair of eyes on loan origination applications—the packs that prove identity, income, affordability, and authority before money moves.
We are not a technology vendor. Our work is file reading, sampling design, and clear exception writing grounded in your credit policy.
How we work
Engagements stay close to the documents. We agree the sample frame, sit with the policy version that applied at origination, and write findings that a credit committee can act on. When Thai-language customer documents appear in the pack, we arrange bilingual file support so meaning is not lost in translation.
