Privacy notice

This Privacy Notice explains how Dev Cache Grid (“we”, “us”) handles personal data when you use https://devcachegrid.digital or contact us about a financial audit of loan origination applications.

Data we collect

• Inquiry data: name, email, optional volume notes, engagement interest, and message content you submit through the contact form.
• Technical data: limited server or analytics information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, depending on your cookie choice.
• Engagement data: when you become a client, file-room access lists, sponsor contacts, and other personal data contained inside loan origination applications you provide under contract. Those packs remain subject to your institution’s confidentiality rules and our engagement letter.

Purposes and bases

We process inquiry data to respond to your request and prepare estimates (legitimate interests / steps prior to contract). We process engagement data to perform the contracted audit (contract). We process limited analytics data only if you accept optional cookies (consent).

Retention

Inquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a related engagement requires longer retention. Engagement working papers follow the retention schedule in the engagement letter, typically five to seven years for credit-review materials unless you instruct a lawful shorter period. Analytics data follows the cookie durations listed on the cookies page.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with secure IT hosting providers, bilingual file reviewers under confidentiality terms, or professional advisers when required. Supervisory or legal disclosure occurs only when Thai law obliges us.

International transfers

Our primary operations are in Thailand. If a tool or reviewer processes data outside Thailand, we apply contractual safeguards appropriate to the transfer and limit the dataset to what the task requires.

Your rights

Subject to the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA) and applicable exceptions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. Security

We apply access controls, need-to-know file handling, and secure transfer methods agreed in engagement letters. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending full customer dossiers through the public contact form.

Updates

We may revise this notice by posting changes on this page with an updated effective context. Material changes to engagement data handling will also be communicated to active clients.
