Refund and cancellation policy
This policy applies to paid engagements with Dev Cache Grid for the financial audit of loan origination applications and related reviews described on this site. It does not cover physical product sales; we do not sell merchandise through the website.
Deposit and confirmation
A 30% deposit confirms your fieldwork window. The deposit is credited against the final fee stated in the engagement letter.
Cancellation by the client
- More than 10 business days before fieldwork start: full refund of the deposit within 14 business days to the original payment method.
- 5–10 business days before start: 50% of the deposit is refundable; the remainder covers preparation already begun (sample design, checklist drafting, access planning).
- Fewer than 5 business days before start: deposit is non-refundable, unless we successfully reassign the slot and agree otherwise in writing.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule once without charge if you give at least 5 business days’ notice and the new dates fall within 60 days of the original start. Further reschedules may require a new deposit top-up if team calendars must be held open.
No-shows and access failures
If the file room or secure document room is unavailable on the agreed start date without timely notice, we may charge a standby day rate stated in the engagement letter and retain the deposit. We will propose a revised plan before continuing.
Work already started
Once fieldwork begins (first file opened or first batch listed), fees for completed phases are payable. Partial refunds for unused later phases are calculated on remaining unworked sample volume, minus non-recoverable bilingual reviewer bookings already confirmed.
Non-refundable items
- Completed memoranda and closing meetings already delivered
- Third-party room hire or travel booked at your written request
- Rush surcharges for pre-disbursement batches once the batch review has started
Refund process and timing
Email info@devcachegrid.digital with the engagement reference and reason. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Bank processing times may add several days.
Our cancellation
If we must cancel for reasons within our control, you receive a full refund of amounts paid for undelivered work, or a rescheduled window at your election.
